LZ DesignWorks is led by Leo Zborovski, P.Eng., a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in custom machinery, industrial automation, robotics, material handling, packaging equipment and specialized mechanical systems.
His background combines hands-on mechanical design with concept development, engineering calculations and analysis, design review, manufacturing support, installation and commissioning. This provides a practical perspective that extends beyond producing drawings or 3D models.
Throughout his career, Leo has worked on machinery and automation across automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, glass, energy and other industrial applications, while also guiding engineering teams and supporting other designers and engineers.
Our objective is straightforward: understand the engineering requirement, apply the appropriate level of analysis and design effort, and provide useful technical output that helps the client move the project forward.
Engineering solutions should work not only on the screen, but also in fabrication, assembly, installation, operation and maintenance.
We concentrate on the defined engineering problem and use the level of analysis appropriate to the assignment.
Support can be provided independently or alongside an existing engineering team, with clear communication and defined responsibilities.
